Suspension of Inactive PRS Accounts with effect from Jan 2016

Starting from Jan 2016, inactive PRS accounts will be suspended after 90 days of inactivity and will have to be reactivated via the login page or SingPass.
Please be informed that a user account policy will be put in place for the Professional Registration System (PRS) to ensure security and accountability of user account.
From January 2016, your user account will automatically be suspended if you have not logged in to PRS for more than 90 days. You may re-activate your suspended account at the login page using the online password reset function or via SingPass.
Please contact Singapore Pharmacy Council for assistance if you encounter difficulty logging into the PRS.
